Royal Mail is one of our couriers of choice for delivering your orders and we have moved away from their Second Class SignedFor service in favour of their Tracked 48 product.

For you as a customer, this adds additional peace of mind at no additional cost and still remains free for orders over £80. Your order is now fully trackable from sending to receipt and you can specify a safe place in our order notes. If you've included a UK mobile telephone number in your delivery details your will receive text message notifications about your delivery as well as the usual emails from Royal Mail.

We will also continue to use their Tracked 24 and Special Delivery services for customers the choose to upgrade to our Standard or Express delivery along with UPS, DPD and ParcelForce for international and large orders.

Both Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 are 'aim' to delivery services unlike Special Delivery which is guaranteed, so parcels to outlying parts of the UK may take a day to two longer.
