Refund policy

Returning items to us

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU right of withdrawal.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the last item in your order and return the goods unused within 14 days after this date (28 days in total). You can either contact us, or use the self service returns portal in your customer account.

The customer is responsible for the return cost and we recommend this is done using a tracked and insured service to the value of your order. Ensure that a proof of sending is kept until we process your refund which signifies that your return has arrived safely with us.

To be eligible for a return, your order which must be unused and in the same condition that you would expect to received it. It must also be complete and in the original retail packaging undamaged.

Your original purchase invoice or delivery note should be included inside the package to aid us in swiftly dealing with your return and refund.

Your refund will be processed within 24 hours (exceeding the statutory deadline of 14 days) of safe receipt of the returned goods including outgoing Economy shipping.  We will refund the standard delivery cost; upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please ensure that a signed or insured service is used to cover the order value. Refunds make take up to 7 days to be processed by your bank or card company even after we have processed them in our office. Under the terms and conditions that we have with our payment processing provider, we are only able to refund back to the payment method used at time of purchase. This is to protect both you as a customer and us as a retailer from fraud and money laundering.

All goods returned must be in saleable and unused condition with all documentation, accessories, boxes and packaging. Used goods or goods returned with items missing will incur a refurbishment fee. We expect to receive goods back to us in the condition you would expect to received them when new.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
