Looking to extend the reception range of the GW3000 Gateway to pick up those distance sensors over a 100 meters from the base then this is for you.

A high quality carbon-steel omnidirectional antenna with magnetic base and 3 meter cable to allow it to be located away from sources of interference offering over double the normal reception range of the standard antenna.

Tests in an open field environment increased the WH51 sensor reception from the 100 meters stated to 220 meters and the WS90 from 150 meters to 350 meter - see video for the Ecowitt city tests.

Works well

One of my Ecowitt weather sensors was too far away from the GW3000 to get a reliable signal. This aerial has completely solved the problem. and I now get stronger signals from all sensors. Remember to use the supplied adapter if your GW3000 requries it. (I was initially confused because the aerial will screw onto the GW3000 with or without the adapter but, for some GW3000s requires the adapter to work).. The very helpful people at Weather Spares sorted me out very quickly by return email.
