The Ecowitt WS3910 is a colour 7.5" Wi-Fi LCD large screen weather station console which includes an indoor CO2 sensor as well as monitoring both indoor and outdoor conditions.
It has built-in temperature, humidity, CO2 and barometric pressure sensors and can connect to almost all Ecowitt transmitters on the 868MHz frequency. It receives sensor data including wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV, solar radiation, outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, dew point, feels like, CO2, PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10 and more.
It is also one of the first consoles to support connecting IoT devices, such as the Ecowitt WFC01 and AC1100, achieving smart control through Ecowitt App.
The WS3910 connects to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for viewing uploaded data from anywhere on your phone, tablet, or computer browser, all for free when uploaded to Ecowitt.net
The WS3910 needs to be used with your existing sensors to receive outdoor weather data and is not a standalone product.
Unlike some other consoles, the Ecowitt WS3910_C can be used with a variety of sensors, click here to view the latest Ecowitt sensor matrix and also view further details of which sensors are visible on the screen in the Technical Tab above.

As I already own a HP2550 console as part of the HP2551 package, I wanted another console for my bedside table that wasn't going to break the bank and this console fits the job nicely - especially as, unlike the HP2550/60, the WS3910 has an alarm clock facility, meaning I no longer need a separate alarm clock on the bedside table as well. The WS3910 also has a CO2 sensor which the HP2550/60 and WS3900 do not.
Whilst the WS3910 is a capable console, unlike the HP2550/60, the WS3900/10 rely heavily on the Ecowitt and WS View Plus mobile apps for configuration once you have entered your WiFi router's SSID and WPA2 password into the Ws3910 by connecting your iPhone or Android smartphone to the WS3910 internal WiFi hotspot which is auto-enabled 'out of the box' and then using the WS3910's MAC address (acquired from the main console using the SET button) and your smartphone's web browser to connect to the WS3910's internal web page. Once the Ws3910 is connected to your router's WiFi, the built-in WiFi hotspot auto-disables itself until a factory reset is performed although you can re-enable it again at any time via the WSView app although for security reasons this isn't recommended. The WSView app is also needed to update the WS3910 WiFi and main console firmware sets which are separate from each other and must be updated separately.
One useful option that does not seem to be detailed in either the instructions or the product specs is that via the WSView app, you can set the display to auto turn off and on again at user-specified times - really useful for use on a bedside table for when you want to ge to sleep - especially as the display brightness setting (which at maximum setting is VERY bright) ideally needs another notch for a very dim display as the current lowest setting is still quite bright.
Weather data is easily be uploaded to the Ecowitt server using the WSView app to the same servers (e.g. Weather Underground and even your own weather server etc.) just as you can with the HP2550/60 console.
Installation for me was pretty straightforward and took around 45 mins to complete - including personalising the settings (air pressure/rain/temperature units etc.).
The Pros:
Good, clear instruction manual.
Has user-adjustable auto display on/off facility.
Has built-in CO2 sensor (Ws3910 only)
Although the product description says the WS3910 does not come with a mains adapter, mine came with a 5V 1 amp adapter that is about the size of a standard 13 amp plug with a single USB A socket on the bottom.
Doubles up as an alarm clock that is plenty loud enough!
Very bright, clear display.
The Cons:
Unlike the HP2550/60, the Ws3900/10 needs both the Ecowitt and WSView Plus apps to setup and configure the console.
Not a deal-breaker, but to me, the event/hourly rainfall rate displays and daily total sections are the wrong way round i.e. the daily total should be the larger section above with the event/hourly rate section being the smaller one underneath.
The display brightness setting could do with an extra 'very dim' setting as the current dimmest setting is too bright for sleeping at night, but again, not a deal-breaker as the display can be auto turned off and on again.
Not all the weather info from every sensor can be displayed on the WS3910 as it can on the HP2550/60 e.g. the WH57 lightning detector info cannot be displayed along with the WH46 PM4.0 info and these can only be viewed in the Ecowitt app. Check the Ecowitt sensor-console compatibility table for further details.
Overall, a competent weather console that's a decent budget alternative to the HP2550/60 console and thus recommended for those whose budget just can't stretch to the HP2550/60 console AND it has a built-in alarm clock!
