Not required as an upgrade for the WS90s purchased after October 2025, but suitable for WS90s prior to this as an upgrade or replacement item. The WS90 MUST be running firmware v1.4.0 or above.
Harsh environment replacement sensor for the newer WS90 WittBoy outdoor sensor array. Designed specifically for use with the WS90 where a heater is used for ice removal and in extreme environments with a new filter cap and ceramic shield protecting the sensor and further outer secondary shield
Please ensure that your existing WS90 sensor is the new keyed style sensor with blue socket to ensure compatibility by removing the lower sections of the radiation shield.
Easily replaced part by removing three screws on the underside of the heat shield and removing the lower plates. Ensure that you do not handle the sensor with bare hands to prevent contamination and only touch the edges of the sensor or plug when installing.
