The new model has more robust shielding to protect the temperature and humidity sensor.

Service that's second to none.

I'm on my second 'Ventus W830' system from these guys. A few days ago the external temperature and humidity sensor failed. I emailed the company and within a matter of minutes Adrian had confirmed the diagnosis and promised a replacement sensor going out that day. The new sensor arrived within 48 hours (credit to the Royal Mail for that, as I live in a fairly remote area) and my unit is back up and fully running again. This is simply quite exceptional service in this day and age. And, it's not the first time. I've purchased replacement components from them before and they were as equally excellent on all occasions. Well done to Adrian & co. for what they do. Many thanks.

Brilliant and helpful company

I had a faulty temperature sensor. Ordered a new part from Weather Spares. I thought it wasn't working, but it was me. I needed an extra part that they promptly sent me along with detailed instructions.

I now have a fully working weather station again.
