The Ecowitt GW3000 gateway device offers the flexibility of being used wirelessly or via a traditional RJ45 cabled network direct to your router. It also is the first gateway in the Ecowitt range to include an MicroSD card slot to record your data locally.

Supports all current Ecowitt sensors including the new Internet of Things (IoT) products including the smart watering and smart plug products.

You are not just limited to weather data on the Ecowitt website or App, you can optionally share your data further afield with access to: 

  • WoW service (UK MetOffice) - free
  • Weather Underground - free
  • WeatherCloud - optional subscription
  • your own web server
  • HomeSeer smart home integration
  • Home Assistant smart home integration

    All additional sensors can be viewed in the Ecowitt App, or online via Ecowitt.net and within 3rd party services that support additional sensor types.

    • 3 Built-in sensors on 80cm probe cable
      • Temperature (-9.9°C to +60°C; resolution: 0.1°C, accuracy: ±.1°C)
      • Humidity (1% to 99%; resolution: 1%; accuracy: ±5%)
      • Atmospheric pressure sensor (300 to 1100 hPa ; accuracy: ± 5 hPa)
    • Configure WiFi gateway via your web browser or via mobile app
    • Configure additional sensors via your web browser or mobile app
    • Can be used with IoT sensors from Ecowitt
    • Publishes sensor data to Internet based weather services including

      • Only sensor data supported by each specific service will be uploaded.
    • View historical records from your weather station (outdoor temperature, humidity, wind, rain)
    • View all current sensor and historical records, and graphs on Ecowitt.net server. History records can also be exported in Excel format
