Replacement Davis Vantage Vue wind speed cartridge suitable for all revisions of the weather station.

Simple replacement, requiring a Philips screw driver and the Davis allen key to remove the wind cups prior to installation.

1 year warranty from date of purchase - return to supplier. Batteries are excluded from warranties as they are classed as a consumable item.

Wind speed unit for Davis Vantage Due

Great service from Weather Spares as always and great after sales service too. These wind speed cartridges are easy to change (as are all the individual `units` on this weather station) so I am now back up and running with accurate wind speeds again. Many thanks to the weather spares team. Have bought from Weather Spares before and they are my `go to` online shop for spares.

exactly as described. Did not realise after around 10 years, I was not getting accurate windspeed readings, always being lower than expected.
very easy to change out with a few screws. Used the opportunity to clean up the rain collector. I recommend Weather Spares for their speedy delivery service.

When the wind speed cartridge started to play up on my Davis Vantage Vue I looked online to see if spares were available, I found the weather spares people and ordered the part and what a fantastic speedy service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company brilliant service.

Problem solved

Replacing my approx 10 years old wind speed cartridge made the measured wind increase by > 50%
The only glitch was that the customs clearance in Sweden took a whole week. No costs though.
