This repair service is suitable for all Davis Vantage Pro2 wireless consoles, external sensor transmitters, Envoy receivers and also the Vantage Vue console.
Our service includes replacement of antenna, full testing to ensure it receives or transmits data as appropriate and fully insured return postage to the value of the item (there is no need to select Special Delivery at the checkout).
The antenna is suitable for all UK and European products with manufacturer's part numbers ending OV, UK or EU.
Once you have made your purchase, please send the item for repair to the address at the bottom of this page, along with a copy of your order confirmation so that we are aware who the product is from. We recommend Special Delivery within the UK to cover the cost of the product incase of loss or damage by Royal Mail.
