Replacing your sensor? You may need to do this...

It's a common fact that after some time outside weather station sensors will fail and require replacing.

The package arrives, you pop the batteries in the transmitter blinks, but there is nothing on your weather station screen.  This is because some brands require the console to search for a new sensor, or even an existing one when the batteries are changed.

An example of this would be most Oregon stations in the BAR range which require two buttons to be held on the console (normally mode and up arrow) until the channel signal icon changes from increasing in size to blinking on/off.

We have a number of manuals in our Help menu above, but if these fail to assist, please do contact us.
