International Parcel Delays

Following the decision by the French government to close the border with the UK, we have had no choice but to delay larger parcels (items over 1kg) sent to European with immediate effect.

With regret a number of couriers are requesting that we delay sending parcels over 1kg via road services to Europe until further notice. At this stage we do not know how long these large parcel services will be unavailable for, but we will provide regular updates as the situation changes.

We will not despatch orders after Wednesday 23rd December to avoid them sitting in parcel centres, please contact us if you have any questions about your specific country.
